Transform your Holiday with a GPS

Spare a thought for those who have not yet been converted and who have bought a GPS for their car, campervan or Sterling caravans UK, as they have not yet realised the secret of a happy and far more relaxed holiday in Europe.

Although I joined the GPS scene relatively late, I was converted instantly and I will now refuse to leave the country without one as it takes so much hassle out of driving abroad. You can get from A to B much quicker and you can concentrate on your driving instead of wondering if you are going in the right direction.

Plus, of course, it is far more intelligent that just a talking map as you can choose what type of journey you want such as the scenic route or the fastest route.

You can also search for hotels, supermarkets and attractions in any town so if you are looking for something specific then it will take you there without delay.

It is not perfect, of course, and even my trusty sat nav has been known to get a little confused now and then, especially in large cities with many one way streets and dead ends. But I would not swap her for the world as she has totally transformed the way I travel abroad – for the better.
